Each and every product SoapSnobs produces is lovingly handmade from the finest quality ingredients, specifically selected to spoil you and the people you love. Due to this hand making process, each batch born may vary slightly in colour, shape and texture. Please be assured that this in no way detracts from the superb quality of the products supplied. Our special soap takes time! In the rare event that we may not be able to supply something that you have ordered, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund, whatever you prefer!

Christmas Delivery and Opening Times
SoapSnobs close our doors for Christmas on Friday 16th December, our last dispatch date is Wednesday 14th December. Only orders received before 2pm will be posted on this date, any orders received after this time will be dispatched week commencing 2nd January 2012 when we reopen.
Although we will endeavour to ensure any parcels ordered on the last day will reach you in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

These delivery times apply to all orders placed before 2pm. For all orders placed after 2pm, the following day will be considered the first working day. Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times when this may not be possible, so please allow 24 hours from placing your order for dispatch.
Orders must be placed before 2pm in order for it to be delivered the next working day (Monday - Thursday). If orders are placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm the following Monday then it will arrive on the Tuesday. Working days are classed as Monday - Friday and do not include Bank/Public Holidays or weekends when we do not dispatch orders.
You can change an order within 1 hour of placing it, so please give us a call as soon as possible. As we said earlier, we usually dispatch orders within one working day, so if you want to cancel an order without incurring a cost you will need to do it pretty quickly after placing your order!

Payment
We accept Paypal for web orders, you do not need a paypal account to pay this way. If you wish to pay by personal cheque please contact us on 07534 946859 or 01405 740953 to place your order, we don’t bite, and love a customer chat.
Returns
If you want to return your order to us it has to reach us within 14 working days from the day you received it. We would really appreciate it if you would pack it all nicely for us in its original resalable condition and include a note explaining why you are sending it back. We will then be able to refund you within 30 of receiving a cancellation notice. Please be aware that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods to us, we can only offer a refund for the original amount you were charged.
